Office manager
Lauren
Lauren is the COO and office manager at Luxiam Chiropractic. She has lived in Reno for 20 years and received her education at our own University of Nevada, Reno. She holds degrees in Psychology, Addiction Treatment, Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Her previous work includes working as an individual therapist and being a training facilitator for providers at the VA. She shares Dr. Shain’s passion and vision for healthy families in our community. When Lauren isn’t working, she loves spending her free time outdoors with Shain and their two kids!
Office Manager
Donna
Donna is the office manager with a transatlantic flair, originally from Chelmsford, England. Having relocated to the US at the age of 21, Donna brings a wealth of experience to our team.
With a background in education, both as an instructor and in administrative roles, as well as a solid foundation in finance, she ensures the smooth functioning of our operations. Donna's passion lies in witnessing individuals' journeys of self-improvement, a sentiment that resonates deeply with our mission. Beyond the office, Donna finds joy in the company of her feline companions, nurturing her beloved plants, delving into a good book, and expressing her creativity through painting.

Madeline, C.A.
Madeline is a board-certified chiropractic assistant. Hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada, Madeline is currently a student at UNR, working towards a degree in Public Health.
With a passion for contributing to patients' health journeys, she finds fulfillment in her role. When not at the office, Madeline can be found immersing herself in the outdoors or diligently studying to further her knowledge in the health field.
